Freedom at Mid-Career
Mid-career faculty are crucial to campus life, and they are suffering. This workshop series is designed to support mid-career faculty thriving in an age of exhaustion, disconnection, and precarity. My approach to mid-career revitalization is rooted in three concepts: community, wellbeing, and empowerment.

Participants in this workshop series are guided through a framework for re-thinking mid-career, including:
