Coaching is a conversation...
…a conversation that can shift your concept of what's possible for you
...a conversation that can get to the heart of who you are and what you want
...a conversation that can unapologetically imagine new futures and new ways of being in your world.
Coaching conversations have the potential to create us and re-make us. As your coach, it’s my privilege to support you in the beautiful, messy, liberating process of self-reflection and self-discovery of our awesome conversations.

Higher ed folks often have questions for me about the logistics of how coaching works.
Here's exactly what it looks like to coach with me.

1. Start with a chat.
We start with an informal, one-hour (free) meet-up via Zoom.
-
We chat about what you want to get out of coaching; where you are and where you want to be; what's working for you in your campus life (and beyond) and what you'd like to shift; and what new experiences or new ways of being are calling your name.
-
This is basically a mini-coaching session, with plenty of space to discuss your coaching questions, concerns, and clarifications, and time to discern whether this coaching relationship is a good fit and if the time is right for you.
I love these introductory chats because--whether or not you decide to continue coaching with me--I'm grateful to get to know you and create a moment of meaningful connection with you!
2. Six conversations
When you decide to coach with me, you'll purchase a bundle of six one-hour coaching sessions for $750. You can choose to schedule your six sessions as monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly meetings, or on whatever schedule works for you.
-
Why six sessions? Most folks need at least six sessions to identify, explore, and practice the shifts that matter to you. I love that we get to start our coaching relationship knowing that we have both committed to six hours of good conversation. When we wrap up our six hours together, some clients feel complete; others opt to continue coaching with me, either with another bundle of six sessions, or they use their own special recurring-clients link to sign up for one-hour sessions as needed.
-
Why $750? I'm accredited both as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute and as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. That means that I've got hundreds of hours of coaching experience and that I'm committed to ethical standards of

coaching and to ongoing coaching training. My clients often use professional development funds from their college or university to support coaching, but if finances are a barrier for you, I want to know! We can chat about options in our initial meet-up.
What joys or sorrows will you bring to our six conversations?
What new perspectives and liberating insights
will you create across our six conversations?
What shifts will you practice in and beyond our six conversations?
Book a time to chat and we'll see what comes up for you.
I look forward to a great conversation!
